In order to access the databases off campus, you must login using your Bethany email login.
IF YOU HAVE NOT CHANGED YOUR PASSWORD ON A BETHANY COLLEGE COMPUTER, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE DATABASES.
Please see the step by step instructions below for changing your password. Please note, your password must be a minimum of 8 characters and must have a capital letter, numbers and/or special characters. It cannot contain a blatant dictionary word. Use of a passphrase is highly recommended (example - thebrownDog2020).
If you are already home and need IT to reset your password, please submit an IT ticket at this link: https://helpdesk.bethanylb.edu:9676/portal.
